What are the check-in and check-out times? Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. We are happy to assist with early check-in and late check-out requests, subject to room availability.
Is a deposit or prepayment required?
Depending on the reservation type and agency policies, a prepayment equivalent to the first night's rate may be requested.
Do you offer special perks or discounts for group reservations?
Yes. We offer special rates and benefits for group stays above a certain number of rooms.
Is reception open 24 hours? Do you offer online check-in and guest assistant services?
Yes, our reception is open 24 hours. We also offer online / express check-in to speed up your arrival.

What room types are available? Do you offer family rooms, connecting rooms, or extra beds?
We have family rooms and connecting rooms. Extra beds can be arranged depending on the room type.
What are the room view options?
We have rooms with sea view and city view.
How many rooms does the property have in total?
Our property has 14 rooms in total.
What is your children and baby policy? Do you provide baby cots or babysitting services?
We warmly welcome children of all ages. Baby cots are provided free of charge on request. Babysitting service is not available.
Do you accept pets?
Pets are welcome at our property. Please inform us in advance so we can arrange a pet-friendly room.
Are visitors allowed?
Outside visitors may be received in public areas such as the lobby. For security and accommodation policy reasons, visitors are not permitted on guest room floors.

What are the breakfast hours? Are options available for special diets?
Breakfast hours: Vakko 08:00–11:00, Blues 08:00–12:00, Renka Hotel 08:00–12:00. We do our best to accommodate special dietary requests.
What are the key amenities and services offered?
Free Wi-Fi, free parking and a complimentary shuttle service.
Is daily housekeeping provided?
Yes, daily housekeeping is provided for all our guests.

Room service is not available at our property.
Is there an elevator at the property?
Yes, our property has an elevator.
Is there a fitness centre, yoga/pilates area or wellness programme?
Our property does not have these facilities.
Do you offer laundry and dry cleaning services?
Yes, laundry and ironing services are available for an additional fee.
Getting Here & Location
Does the hotel have private parking?
Yes. We have our own private car park, free of charge for our guests, and a complimentary shuttle service between the car park and the hotel.
How far is the property from the sea and the town centre?
Our property is a 5–10 minute walk from Göcek beach and 2 minutes from the town centre.
Do you offer airport transfers, taxi or car rental assistance? How far is the nearest public transport stop?
Our reception is happy to assist with Dalaman Airport transfers, taxis and car rental. The nearest public transport stop is 75 metres away.
Is there beach access?
We are glad to guide our guests on how to reach the bays in the area.
Meetings & Events
Are there meeting rooms or technical equipment for corporate meetings?
As a boutique property, we do not have a meeting room. For such requests we recommend our sister hotel, Renka Hotel.
Do you have venues for weddings, celebrations or events?
Our property is not suitable for such events.

What are the most popular activities in the area?
With its world-famous bays, Göcek is a paradise for boat trips and sailing races. You can also explore the hiking trails nearby, go paragliding in Ölüdeniz or join a Lycian Way tour.
When is the best time to visit the region?
Thanks to its Mediterranean climate, Göcek offers a wonderful experience from April until the end of November. May to September is ideal for a holiday focused on the sea and boat trips, while April, October and November are the region's most enchanting and peaceful months for a quieter, nature-and-walking holiday.
What are the top three things guests should know about the region?
Göcek's world-famous bays; the hidden coves reachable only by boat; and the local producers' markets, where you can taste the region's organic olive oils.
Which restaurants do you recommend nearby?
We recommend the restaurants along the Göcek waterfront, offering everything from local home cooking and olive-oil dishes to international cuisine.
What do you recommend for evening entertainment, live music and nightlife?
Along the marina and the seafront you will find stylish bars serving fine wines and signature cocktails, as well as calm, sophisticated venues with live music. For guests looking for livelier nightlife, we recommend the venues in Fethiye centre or Ölüdeniz, a short drive away.
