- Turkish ID number or passport information

Within the scope of the relevant legislation and legal obligations, and where necessary, your personal data may be transferred in accordance with the legislation to authorised public institutions and organisations, law enforcement units, judicial and administrative authorities, and authorised service providers required for the provision of services.
4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis
Your personal data may be obtained during reservation, registration and accommodation procedures, in physical or electronic form, through the information you provide, reservation channels and security systems.
Your data is processed primarily on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of Law No. 6698: processing is expressly provided for by law, is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, or is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.
5. Protection of Personal Data
The necessary administrative and technical measures are taken to prevent unlawful processing of and access to your personal data and to ensure that it is stored securely.
6. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the right to:
- learn whether your data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing,
- know the third parties to whom it has been transferred,
- request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request its erasure or destruction where the legal conditions are met,
- request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your data.
You may submit your requests in this regard to the data controller through the methods set out in the legislation.
